A two component, high solids, 3.5 VOC, lead and chromate free epoxy primer, which may be used as a primer under MIL-PRF-85285 (non-aircraft) polurethane topcoats or polyurethane chemical agent resistant coatings (CARC) specificied in MIL-DTL-53039 and MIL-C-46168 or MIL-C-22750 epoxy topcoat. Available in E90H226 Buff.
