REL’s LED UV-A Inspection Lamps use the most recent in safe high yield UV-A LED technology.

Each light module contains 4 high flux-UV LED producers that have built in static-electric release circuits to enable the light to perform in all situations paying little heed to surrounding conditions. Our original five lights (Magnum, Magnum-GO, Nomad, Nomad-GO, Profusion) are designed for all power prerequisites of Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI). Tested & complies to both ASTM E3022 Standard and Roll-Royce RRES 90061 Requirements. Our C4 Nomad Glo-Black LED UV-A lamp is powered by a 18V rechargeable battery. The C4 Magnum and Profusion LED UV-A lamps are powered by a corded power source.

MAGNUM^TM SERIES

C4 Magnum & C4 Magnum-GO UV-A Inspection Lamps

The Magnum utilises the latest in safe high output LED technology. This ergonomically designed inspection lamp is a highly manoeuvrable lightweight solution that maximises operator safety and efficiency.

The C4 Magnum provides a 10-inch diameter of UV-A intensity >1000 μW/cm2 at 15 inches. The integral filter in the UV-A emitter limits the visible light to 20 lux (1.86 foot-candles) at 15 inches and 5 lux (0.47 foot-candles) at 36 inches. The Magnum-GO LED features a white light which provides an intensity > 700 foot-candles at 15 inches. The lamp’s electrical components are sealed and passively cooled within an engineered finned housing manufactured from military grade aluminium. The lamp performs in all environments regardless of ambient conditions.

The C4 Magnum LED UV-A with IP67 rated housing will survive the toughest, wettest, and most severe work environments on the planet! The IP67 rated housing allows the lamp to perform in all environments regardless of ambient conditions.

NOMAD^TM SERIES

C4 Nomad & C4 Nomad-GO UV-A Inspection Lamps

This rechargeable battery pack* powered black light is a highly manoeuvrable lightweight solution that maximises operator safety and time on task with a 150 minute battery life.

The C4 Nomad provides a 10-inch diameter of UV-A intensity above 1000 μW/cm2 at 15 inches. The integral filter in the C4 Nomad limits the visible light to 20 lux at 15 inches and 5 lux at 36 inches. The C4 Nomad lamp is sealed and cooled with an engineered finned housing. It is manufactured from a military grade aluminium alloy. The C4 Nomad Glo-Black lamp will survive the toughest, wettest, and most severe work environments on the planet!

Profusion UV-A Inspection Lamps

REL’s booth mounted Glo-Black Profusion LED UV-A Inspection Lamp modules utilize the latest in safe high output LED technology. The Profusion is an expandable modular solution for inspection and ambient lighting.

Each Profusion module provides a 10-inch diameter of UV-A intensity above 1000 μW/cm2 at 15 inches. The integral filter in the Profusion limits the visible light to 20 lux at 15 inches and 5 lux at 36 inches. Each Profusion module contains LED emitters with a built-in static- electric discharge circuit. The lamp’s electrical components are sealed and passively cooled with an engineered finned housing manufactured from military grade aluminium.

The IP68 rated housing allows the lamp to perform in all environments regardless of ambient conditions.
